It's getting near the end game for Crisco sales. Three of the six Schweppe listings on the MLS are fully Under Contract with closing dates scheduled in late June and July. Two more are an attorney review including the higher priced number 4 Christopher. When the closing papers are signed, "happy residents" names and bottom line price will be in the public record.
