The condo goldrush is reaching epic proportions in Bloomfield with at least 10 major condo/townhouse/Apt. complexes at various stages of planning -- or recently approved -- by the Planning and/or Zoning Board, most have had major issues raised in opposition by community groups and residents. Two of the more controversial plans, Church St. and Brookdale School, are scheduled to come before the Zoning Board this Thursday starting at 7:30. A large turnout is expected.
